Execute passenger handling functions including check-in operations, boarding control, standby management, and seat allocation in line with airline SOPs.

2. Passenger Mobility

Provide specialized passenger assistance (PRMs, UMNRs, VIP/CIP handling) with dedicated protocols and service standards

3. Baggage handling

Manage baggage services including acceptance, excess baggage processing, reconciliation, and coordination with BHS (Baggage Handling System).
